Labels and tags

Labels

Index cards can be assigned labels to make them easier to find later. You may recognize this functionality from other applications as tags, labels, or similar. You can add labels directly on-site, for example, within an index card, or edit them centrally in the preferences.

Important: If you rename a label, all occurrences in alfons will be updated accordingly!

When you click on labels in overviews, the records are filtered accordingly, and, for example, all entries with the label "Project2" are displayed.
