1. Introduction

These Terms of Use (“Agreement”) govern the use of the software (hereinafter “Software”) provided by alfons.app (“Provider,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By purchasing or using the Software, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Software.

2. License

2.1 Grant of License: The Provider grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software on a single computer or in a small business environment, depending on the license type purchased.

2.2 Restrictions on Use: You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software. The Software may not be used for commercial purposes or in any manner that violates applicable law.

3. Price and Payment

3.1 Price: The price for the Software is listed on the Provider's website. All prices are quoted in euros and are a one-time payment.

3.2 Payment: Payment is processed via the payment service provider Paddle. The provider assumes no responsibility for payments that are not successfully processed.

4. Warranty and Liability

4.1 Warranty: The software is provided "as is." The provider makes no warranties or representations regarding the functionality or error-free operation of the software.

4.2 Limitation of Liability: To the extent permitted by law, the provider shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the software.

5. Termination

5.1 Termination: This agreement may be terminated by you or the provider at any time. In the event of termination, you will lose the right to use the software.

6. Changes to the Terms of Use

The provider reserves the right to change these Terms of Use at any time. The changes will take effect immediately upon publication on the provider's website. Your continued use of the software after changes constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms.

7. Applicable Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Aabenraa.

8. Returns and Refunds

9.1 No Returns or Refunds: Due to the nature of the software and to prevent misuse, we do not offer returns or refunds for purchases. We recommend testing the provided demo version of the software before purchasing to ensure it meets your requirements.
