Quick Start

First Program Start

1. Start the program alfons.

2. alfons will unlock itself if possible. If this doesn't happen, the account name and password are: alfons

3. After the intro, you will see an overview of all (demo) records. Please click on any person in the File section. The File is the central hub of alfons. Here you organize customers, colleagues, or suppliers. Based on a person, you can then create letters, invoices, tasks, etc., in the various modules, which are then linked to that person.

4. In the upper left corner, there is always a yellow block with four icons:

The a icon always takes you back to the start page.

The = icon allows you to switch between the detail and list views.

Use < to go to the previous record.

Use > to go to the next record.

5. Directly below is the Navigation. Please use this to switch to one of the other modules. If no matching record exists for the currently open card, you will be asked whether you want to view all existing records or create a new one. Try both options.

6. Please return to the homepage. Click the gear icon to access the Preferences. Here you can configure your individual data, print templates, and settings.
