File In alfons, everything depends on the people in your file. All other modules refer to these "index cards."

Mail This module handles the creation and output of letters or emails.

Report Reports consist of any number of stages and can also record working hours and costs.

Notes on the documentation: Alfons is at home on both Macs and PCs. Please don't be confused if screenshots are from the "other side." Except for minor details, the window contents of both platforms are always identical.
